    Our Magento development partner, Sonassi, provides Magento developmental support for all our customers.

    Maintaining a website is just as important as building it in the first place! It is important to keep the content fresh and keep it growing, whilst always ensuring the design and functionality is top notch. With an aftercare website maintenance package from Sonassi, we'll do the hard work for you.

    Please note. After-care packages are not required for standard hosting related support - it is simply a helpful attachment for those who would like to benefit from Sonassi's Magento development and design expertise with their store.

    At £35 per hour, simply top up as much as you need. Your top-up's do not expire and the time remaining will be on your account until it has been used up.

    If you anticipate using more than 10 hours per month - you may benefit from our monthly after-care packages. Paying monthly benefits includee a more competitive hourly rate combined with the ability to schedule fixed day or time slot just for you.

How does it work

Our Magento development partner, Sonassi, provides Magento developmental support for all our customers.

Whether it is installing an extension, customising your layout, adding bespoke functionality or just fixing a problem. Submit a development support ticket and our development team at Sonassi will give you a loose estimate for your work, top-up your retainer balance to suit and we'll schedule a date to complete the work!

On average, development tickets are scheduled with around a 7-10 day lead time for normal requests. Emergency requests can be actioned within as little as 4 hours - but are subject to emergency rate pricing.

We are a firm believer in only charging people for what they use. As a result of this, we only have two types of after-care, PAYG and Monthly, the only difference between the two is how much you anticipate using our services. Both packages are subject to the same terms & conditions and billing rules.

We bill the task by 1 minute increments, so if it only takes 2 minutes, we only charge for 2 minutes, simple! Jobs are easily submitted using theclientarea.info where you can track top-ups, submit and prioritise your tasks.
